Returns & Exchanges

At Tipsy Elves, we want you to be the life of the party, so if your gear isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit the Return Portal

  Enter your order number and shipping zip code into our online returns center to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and affix the label to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Get Paid

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
